1. Once the booking is confirmed and after the payment is settled, you should send the following information:
– Crew List / full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number for each passenger
– Arrival details / time and flight
– Travel requests /
– If you need kids’ life jackets, please let us know age and weight of each child

2. Transfer
We can arrange transfer from the airport to the marina. Your driver will wait for you on the arrivals terminal holding a sign with your name on it.

3. Extra equipment on board
Book it in advance in case you need anything extra such as a safety net, extra towels, special bed linen, etc.

4. Provisioning
If you wish to order specific food or beverages or if you have specific food allergies , please let us know. This will be charged to your APA (provision for expenses on board ) as per your contract.

5. What / how you need to pack
– Booking Confirmation / signed contract
– passports or identity card (EU only) for each passenger
– if you have special medication please make sure you have it with you as it may be difficult to get during the trip
– please dont forget sunscreen, sunglasses, and windbreaker jacket
– we advise you to pack light and have a foldable bag (soft bag) as this will be easier to store in your cabin

As soon as you arrive to the marina, please call your captain, he will help you with your bags and let you know when exactly you will be able to board.
